This policy governs cancellations, postponements and refunds for the ATLS courses organised by BESTS.
Failure to attend a paid course session is acceptable only in the event of justifiable, serious reasons. BESTS will strive to offer the candidate an opportunity to attend a future session of the ATLS course. If the candidate postpones attending the programme for a second time, they lose the right to a refund of the course fees.
To cancel or postpone your participation, please notify the National ATLS Coordinator in writing at info@bests.bg as early as possible.
Requests to postpone are accommodated subject to the availability of places on a future session.
Non-attendance without prior notice (a “no-show”) is treated as a used place and is non-refundable.
BESTS reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course session — for example, if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, registered candidates will be offered a place on the next available session or a full refund of the fees paid.
Refunds, where due, are made to the original payer using the same bank details from which the payment was received.
